Public Meeting Rooms

The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library is committed to providing equitable access to its meeting rooms for individuals and groups affiliated with the Library, SJSU, the City of San José, and the CSU to foster community engagement and support the Library's mission.

If you wish to have a tour of room 225 or 255, please make an appointment with the Meeting Room Coordinators:

    SJPL Room Availability: Mon – Sat 9:00am – 5:00pm

  • Josephine Nguyen: josephine.t.nguyen@sjsu.edu or (408) 808-2007 (SJSU or CSU)
    SJSU Affiliates Room Availability: Mon – Thur 9:00am – 6:30pm; Fri 9am – 4:30pm; Sat 1 – 4:30pm

Rooms need to be reserved at least two weeks in advance to ensure setup and media support.

These rooms are not available for standing meetings, regularly scheduled class sessions, fundraising events, or recurring events or series, and may be scheduled on a one-time-use basis only. Please see our King Library Meeting Rooms Policy for more detailed information.
