Public Meeting Rooms
The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library is committed to providing equitable access to its meeting rooms for individuals and groups affiliated with the Library, SJSU, the City of San José, and the CSU to foster community engagement and support the Library's mission. These rooms are not available for standing meetings, regularly scheduled class sessions, fundraising events, or recurring events or series. If you wish to have a tour of room 225 or 255 on the 2nd Floor of the King Library, please make an appointment with the Meeting Room Coordinators:

Summer/Winter Session Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
Due to the high demand for the meeting rooms, room tours are by appointment only. These rooms may be scheduled on a one-time-use basis by community groups that meet the set requirements.
Rooms need to be reserved at least two weeks in advance to ensure setup and media support.
